Why Learning at Cranmore is Different

We believe learning to ski or snowboard should be fun. We use Terrain Based Learning™, a groundbreaking method using custom-built terrain to teach skiing and snowboarding in a comfortable, pressure-free environment. Groups of penguin campers (ages 4–6) keep an instructor-to-camper ratio of 1-5, while adventure campers (ages 7–14) keep a 1-8 ratio.

Beginner Basin, our intro terrain, is designed for gradual skill development while reducing the fear and stress of skiing around more advanced skiers and riders. Beginner Basin features include:

Organized and Easy

Pre-arrival coordination and our upgraded Arlberg Children's Center makes everything easy—from registration to equipment rental. Parents can easily find where their child needs to go.

Our Instructors

Our fun-first learning methods are nurtured by the dedication of our SnowSports instructors. For them, skiing is more than just a fun winter activity, their goal is to share the passions and joy we experience on the hill.

Whether your child is new to snow sports or looking to get back on the slopes, KidsRule has a group and instructor ready to make their day awesome.
