Snow Report
Current Conditions
Last Updated: Jan 25, 2026Report:
Good morning, Cranmore skiers and riders! Thanks for spending your Sunday with us on the mountain. It’s another chilly day, but calm winds and freshly groomed trails make it a great day to get turns in before snow moves in later this evening.
Expect mostly cloudy skies with a high near 13 degrees and wind chill values as low as -10. All open terrain was groomed overnight, leaving machine-groomed packed powder across the mountain.
Snow is expected to begin after 5:00pm and could be heavy at times, continuing into Monday. This storm has the potential to bring the largest snow totals of the season so far! We might even see a sweet surprise at Skimobile tomorrow morning…. if you know, you know. Keep an eye on the Snow Report and Socials tomorrow as we share updates throughout the day.
We added more terrain to the lineup yesterday, including Hurricane, Zips, Evergreen, and Morton’s 60. Please note that Morton’s 60 is open as a trail only and is not yet set up as a terrain park. We are getting closer and closer to 100% of the mountain being open!
Lifts will be spinning from 8:30am-4:00pm, with the Skimobile Express Quad, South Quad, Schneider Triple, C-More’s Double, and both carpets open.
Mountain Adventure & Tubing Parks
The Tubing Park will be open from 9:00am-6:00pm, and the Mountain Adventure Park will be open from 10:00am-6:00pm. We've got availability for tubing for both during the day and late afternoon for Arctic Lights, the perfect excuse to squeeze in some family-friendly fun or try out our after-dusk experience with colored lights and great music!
Uphill Access
For those earning their turns, Uphill travel is open on:
- Lower Beginner’s Luck, Lower Gibson, Easy Street: 7:00am-10:30am
- Mountain Access Road & South Slope: 7:00am-10:30am
- Skimeister to Summit: 9:00am-3:30pm.
Remember to wear your armband on the front and carry your pass while traveling uphill.
Today's Events
Season passholders are invited to Ski with our GM, Ben, from 8:00-9:00am, followed by pastries, cocoa, and coffee in the Meister Hut from 9:00-9:30am. Meet us at the Skimobile Express Quad for an 8:00am lift load.
With cold temperatures, guests are encouraged to dress in warm layers, cover exposed skin, and take breaks indoors when needed. Keeping hand and toe warmers handy and staying hydrated will help make the day more comfortable.
Enjoy the skiing and riding today, and look forward to the snowstorm that could make tomorrow epic at the mountain!
