Cranmore Launches New Summer Dining Series
North Conway, NH (June 27, 2024) — Cranmore is proud to announce a new mountainside food series in August and September. There will be three delectable events, each with its own theme, menu and itinerary. Tickets are now available to purchase.
This tasty new tradition starts Aug. 3 with Summer Salute. The Italian-themed evening will include a 6-course menu offering small portions of popular dishes, such as pappardelle alla carbonara, Tuscan-style flank steak, bistro tiramisu and more. In the spirit of Italian-style dining, the meal will be served “alfresco” on the Fairbank Lodge Patio. Tickets are available for purchase at $70 for adults and $35 for children 10 and under.
“This series is a great opportunity for our team to showcase their culinary talents, excellent service and creativity,” said Cranmore’s food and beverage director, Michael Rennie. “It’s also a perfect demonstration of the variety of quality dining experiences we offer at Cranmore.”
Following Summer Salute will be the return of last year’s sold-out event, Smoke on the Mountain (Aug. 17). Guests will take a ride on the scenic chairlift to the Meister Hut and soak up sweeping views of Mt. Washington Valley. The buffet-style barbecue will showcase fresh, local flavors and a cash bar. There will also be live music and an assortment of classic lawn games for the whole family to enjoy.
Finally, embrace the fall season with the resort’s Harvest Dinner (Sept. 21). The dinner will include a fusion of seasonal, autumnal ingredients and Oktoberfest favorites.
“Ultimately, we want to provide our guests with a memorable experience that will allow them to escape the hustle of daily life,” Rennie said.
