North Conway (Sept. 6, 2023) — Today, Cranmore Mountain Resort celebrated the groundbreaking of the next phase in the resort’s multi-year redevelopment project, The Lookout. The building will sit parallel to the new Fairbank Lodge at the base of the mountain, extending out towards the Skimobile Express Quad.
In addition to 17 new residences with ski-in/ski-out access, Cranmore’s ski patrol team will get a spacious, state-of-the-art first aid facility. Completion of the new building is scheduled for 2024-25 winter season.
Many of Cranmore’s partners attended the ceremony, including Atlantic Construction Group, US House Rep. Chris Pappas, Chuck Henderson (representing Sen. Jeanne Shaheen) and many others.
