The winter season is here! President and GM Ben Wilcox has lots to share about Opening Day and the progress of Fairbank Lodge.
Our snowmaking team is working hard to create a good base layer of snow for opening weekend, and Mother Nature is on our side! North Conway is anticipated to get a few inches of snow Tuesday night through Wednesday morning–bring on the snow!
We are opening THIS FRIDAY, Nov. 24 for the season! Grab your gear and get ready to hit the slopes with us at 9am to kick off the best winter yet. The first 50 people in line will receive a limited edition 2023/24 Cranny Pack!
Hours of operation for Nov. 24–26
- Lifts: 9am–4pm
- Tubing: 10am–4pm
- Mountain Adventure Park: 10am–4pm
- Zip’s Pub: 9am–5pm (grab and go items, bar and limited menu items)
- Alpine Cafe and Bar: 10am–4pm
Join us on Saturday, Nov. 25 for our Winter Homecoming event from 2–5pm with live music from Reklis Trio, a cash bar and a trail sign raffle!
Lots of progress has been made at Fairbank Lodge since our last update, with many cosmetic touches to bring the lodge to life. Counters were installed in the new food court area, along with an actual skimobile suspended over the lodge's main staircase. We are getting so close.
In the coming weeks, historic murals will be installed showcasing the history and impact of skiing Cranmore has made on North Conway.
