Media Alert: Cranmore celebrates new base lodge with ribbon cutting
Fairbank Lodge Ribbon Cutting

North Conway (March 1, 2024) — Today, Cranmore Mountain Resort officially held a ribbon-cutting ceremony to celebrate the Fairbank Lodge, the resort's new 30,000-square-foot base lodge. The event paid tribute to everyone involved—including Atlantic Construction Group, Archetype Architects, HEB Engineers, Coldwell Banker Lifestyles, Badger Peabody and Smith Real Estate, and Union Bank—in making the new base lodge a tremendous success. Fairbank Lodge opened its doors to skiers and riders in December 2023.

The lodge features day services such as a food pavilion, a slopeside bar, day and season-long lockers, restrooms, a café and a retail shop. On its upper levels, the lodge houses 15 two-story lofted private residences.

Fairbank Lodge is part of Cranmore’s $60 million base area redevelopment project, which has doubled the size of the area’s day-visit facilities and introduced 109 condominium residences to the resort.
